Day 27 (D7W3)

Well my journey with the 30 Day Shred is almost complete and although my 30 days is almost over, I'm pleased to say that its just beginning for someone else.  I've convinced my sister to start and today was her first day!  Shortly after she finished her first workout I received this text:

Karli: "Omg how many levels in the 30 day shred? I just finished level 1 barely completed any of the strength exercises with 5lb weights and feel like I'm going to puke!"

I sent her my Day 1 post and told her not to worry because by Day 5 the exercises already seem much easier...she didn't seem convinced but once she gets to Day 5 she'll thank me.
I remember thinking that I would never be able to use weight heavier than 5lbs but today I really didn't get much out of using mine so I'm going to go to Winners to look for 8lb and 10lb weights.  I know it seems funny to go to Winners for weights but they actually have an awesome health and fitness section.  I might look for a few new cookbooks too!
