Well hello again!
It's February 25, 2013 and I am gearing up for my newest 30 day challenge: Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30. You're probably wondering why I'm starting a 30 day challenge near the end of February instead of just waiting until March 1st. The method to my madness can be explained by looking at my school schedule. I was just home for a week for spring break (and a big break from living a healthy lifestyle!) I ate lunch out almost everyday and only got two good workouts in. I decided to start another 30 day challenge as soon as I got back to school so my routine will get back to normal and I won't get used to sitting around eating junk food.
I'm adding another element to this new challenge and that is following Jillian Michaels' 30 day meal plan along with doing Ripped in 30. I like the freedom she gives you with this meal plan and to tell you the truth, I'm kind of excited that I don't have to come up with healthy meal ideas on my own for the next 30 days!
This morning I started the day off with two egg whites and toast and for lunch I'm going to have a turkey avocado wrap (eating healthy is sooo hard).
I'll begin Ripped in 30 tonight once I'm home from school and follow it up with a post about how tough it was and how I felt like I was dying the whole time. I can't wait!
